As per patient feedback, we’ve agreed to tweak our dispensary opening hours to help those of you who work and struggle to get here to collect your medication before we close.
From 03rd February 2025 our new dispensary opening times will be:
Monday: 08.30 – 12.00 and 15.00 – 18.00
Tuesday: 07.30 – 12.00 and 15.00 – 19.00
Wednesday: 08.30 – 12.00 and 15.00 – 18.00
Thursday: 08.30 – 12.00 and 15.00 – 18.00
Friday: 08.30 – 12.00 and 15.00 – 18.00
In order to help keep the queues down, if you have any medication queries, please ask the clinical triage team via our website (www.feltwellsurgery.co.uk), rather than asking the dispensers in person. They are normally able to respond within 2 days.
